World Cosplay Summit: History and future plans with its founder

The history of the World Cosplay Summit as an international cosplayers' gathering started in 2003, however, the first cosplay contest took place not until two years later. Since then, WCS has signifficantly grown at size and this year, representatives of 42 countries will participate in it.
